Victory Rally on 21July'09 was an indication

Victory Rally of Mamata at Esplanade after Lok Sabha Poll, on 21 Jul 2009

I still remember that Rally because we suffered a lot. The Victory Rally on 21 July 2009 of TMC, after Lok Sabha poll was the biggest political rally Kolkata ever seen. That was the last day of Banmahotsab (Aranya Saptaha) week and I remember that from our office we had been to Belur for tree plantation on that day. While gong out we never anticipated such a huge crowd will paralised the city. We realised when we came back from Belur. Our office vehicle struck due to vehicles parked on the roads and that spread-edfrom Esplanade to Hastings area (Beyond Fort William).The meeting was at Esplanade and the vehicle came from all over WB. In the evening, after office hours, I could not take my car out. That we never seen such crowds of vehicles in the city.

After Lok Sabha poll, that victory rally of Mamata on 21 Jul 2009 was an clear indication that she is going to Writers' in 2011 and that was only a matter of time. We never thought of it that day. LF also failed to understand the indication and as usual they ignored it.
